it doesn't really matter wether or not its relavent to say they work for
Mozilla.  If I say I work for Mozilla and Olives are awful this is
clearly silly, but I don't think it implies anything about what Mozilla
as an community or organization believes.

 while saying you work for Mozilla doesn't mean it agrees with you it
 does make what your saying more relavent (all be it somewhat miss
 leading since afaik all the people saying it weren't going to be
 reporting to Brendan).

I don't think its really true saying your employed by X means that X
agrees with whatever your saying.  In fact it would be pretty silly in
this case for Mozilla as a company to agree that Brendan should step
down given at the time they were the ones who apointed him...

I don't think these people dragged Mozilla in more than say they would
have dragged in all people with red hair if they said "I have red hair and I
think Brendan should resign".
