I think a piece of what bothers me about this is also that the mail
is from "Mozilla".  It's always felt odd to me that communications
*within* the Mozilla community be addressed as "From: Mozilla"; it
seems to convey a sense that there's somebody else who "is Mozilla"
and the community is helping them, rather than that we're all part
of the Mozilla community.

I'd prefer if communication sent to all Mozillians were from a
particular member or members of the community, by name or pseudonym,
rather than being "From: Mozilla <[email protected]>" and often
signed by an ambiguous first name.
