What if the item 723 would not be payed unless the content of the GP
Management plan were sent into secure escrow at HIC in a standardised
XML format?
GP's would beat on the door of the software companies until they
supplied the enhancement.
It wouldn't take long.
How to access the secure xml reports is a separate issue, but that would
be a first step.
