That's a big ask of a new 1-2 GP practice, with proclaimed limited IT
skills, a desire to keep the set-up costs as low as possible, along with
the parameter of a VPN.
Adding it later in such a small infrastructure shouldn't be too hard,
and the learning curve, set-up issues will be more manageable.
