Also keep in mind you'll need static IP addresses for one or both ADSL connections, depending on how you want to setup a VPN (IPSEC permanent, PPTP-dialin etc). Most ADSL providers do this - some only on a "business" grade connection though.. Having a permanent VPN between home and office also gives you an opportunity to do nightly backups over your VPN to the home machine. Nice and easy to automate (don't have to remember to put in a blank cd), automatically off-site, no chance of media failure. Of course, you still need to semi-regularly do traditional backups to other media..
