ArgusConnect is to be congratulated for releasing Argus under an open source license, and as Syan Tan said, it would be a tragedy if Argus went under and the Australian medical community was forced to chose only between closed-source, non-interoperable secure messaging products. However, Argus may yet shoot itself in the foot if it persists in responding to reasonable questions from informed users with hubris-laden, smart-arsed answers like the one above.
