Yep, just that some practices havnet signed up for B4H and only come across
it at accreditation time.   Agpal allowed this until 31.12.07 but GPA did
not.
This will no doubt change now that B4H is finishing in July and I get a new
hat with 'medicare officer' written on it everytime I swipe an EFTPOS card
as of July.  Staff will all be medicare officers then, I suppose the $50million
being given to the successful tenderer, Commonwealth Bank is coming from
the B4H payments.
