My main message with the patient prescribes Symbicort on the PBS is that you
can't. A non asthmatic must get a private script. An asthmatic on no
treatment also can't get Symbicort (& Seretide) on the PBS.

Spelling errors occur simply because I don't spell check my posts, and I
type inbetween seeing patients - yet I still have enough time to read the
PBS requirements for all drugs.

You asks at end Helps what? Well Dr's that get caught prescribing RB or
Authority drugs on PBS outside guidelines, has to pay the money back. After
such a big payment back to HIC, these Dr. are very carefuk afterwards.

smoking rates are down; my 12 yo can tell me how bad it is

card carrying australians are the same mate
i explain the facts, and if they demand antibiotics i might relent, and
point out the further $30 they are spending will be $30 that could buy
them a nice meal to go with their panadol

that's why i was disqualified in s.a. as a driver then.... i learnt that
80km/hr on a safe open road is dangerous if there's a bush for radar to
hide behind
