Michael,

As per my earlier post you can have all the M.S. stuff sitting there ready
to go without paying extra licence fees.

As for Totalcare I would email [EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask about Gupta.
I don't think it would be a problem to have an install sittng there ready to
go but turned off.
