If you've played the Black & White games you'll be familiar with mouse gestures, where you draw simple shapes on the screen to represent certain actions. There's also a Firefox plugin to use gestures so you can lean back and do almost anything in the browser with the mouse.

Still IMHO any mouse is a usability distraction compared to sensible keyboard shortcut design and simple keyboard skills.
