Still, reaching for any mouse slows me down compared to knowing a keyboard shortcut that will take me exactly where I want to go.

I don't plug a mouse into my notebook and prefer the trackpad, particularly on the newer Macs (one finger moves the cursor, two fingers scrolls in any direction, click with two fingers = right click).
