update patch, with better download queue
Thanks for attaching your patch. I've changed some of the UI and improved the
download queue code (so it better reacts to changes in the checkbox and the
spin button, i.e. downloads are started immediately when the limit is increased
or limit is disabled).
I hope that we can get this patch ready for 0.10.2, because I am basing my
patch for http://bugs.gpodder.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83 on this one (it also
changes the preferences dialog), and as glade's XML is awful/non-working with
diffs, I prefer it this way :)
