Dear Growl Developers: I am getting repeated reminders on my desktop to download the new version of Growl. I am not sure what Growl is, and may or may not be interested in a new version, but do not like this type of intrusive reminder that will not go away.
Could the Growl team please eliminate this kind of update reminder? I am also concerned that there is no direct way to contact the developers, or so it seems. I suggest that there should be a way to contact these folks. They seem to be OK with posting annoying, anonymous messages (almost like SPAM) on my desktop, but do not seem to want to be accountable.
