Don't know about a website, but it's a device that essentially allows you
to hook your tie-downs to the hand grips. On a sport bike with plastic,
this is a godsend.
They cost about $25 US, and if they don't have them in Europe I'm sure one
of us statesiders will get you one for cost and shipping. But try looking
for a Canyon Dancer (tm) bar harness first. And some of the imitations
have been reported to not work, so stick to the original.
