Ain't that the truth. Don't hesitate to play hardball. I battled with Yamaha back in '94 when I put on some Dunlop Sportmax tires and the bike shook like crazy. (BTW, this was before I worked for H-D) I really don't want to relive that whole situation, but the permanent corrective action was delivered by this group. They did the R&D that Yamaha could not admit to. Yamaha did step up to the plate with some replacement parts and overall did many of the right things. It just took some tenacity on my part.
