could not take much damage. As well as it could not go long distances and in
to heavy of a sea.
So add:
Distance/Sustainability with out support
Ride the Storm out/Range
Torpedo carriers and now days we have missile cruisers, that do not have to
be large.
Yes, if they only carried rockets, then as per the ships during WW2 that had
nothing but rockets to do barrages.
So then you add refuel and resupply?
