I wrote that I'm assuming that in the not too distant future one 
battalion of non-battlesuit infantry gets reinforced by a single 
battlesuit platoon (with nine suits). If the total number of 
suits stays the same and the battlesuit platoons are larger to
make them more capable, then yes, some battalion commanders will 
gain, but others will have to do without their reinforcement.

On paper, no problem at all. In the field, I wonder. Troops are
better in stressful conditions if there is good unit cohesion.

The Exoskeleton skill doesn't cover any built-in weapons. So if
it has built-in weapons, you need Battlesuit skill.
