I'm looking at a vehicle solely to enhance a battlesuit's strategic mobility (it already has very good tactical mobility). For repair/recovery, I'd want a different, dedicated vehicle. For example, a tank transporter doesn't also include recovery/repair facilities beyond a winch in most cases and certainly nothing for the crew (beyond perhaps sitting in the cab).
