No idea, but anti-tank platoons in infantry units date back to 
to WWII. First small cannon, then recoilless rifles, then 
guided missiles. GURPS WWII has some figures who had what.

The motorcycles could only be driven by suits. I don't see how 
the same bike can be driven by a ST 120, 1-ton operator and a 
ST 10, 0.075-ton operator. The logistics could not follow a 
deployed suit unit, the suits would have to return to their 
starting point.

The suit would have to be designed for those supercycles, and 
agile enough to keep the balance. Suit troopers would have to 
be trained as motorcyclists. Better use quad scooters, they're
more stable, like the M274.

Instead of a cycle frame with wheels, small retractable roller
skates could be mounted on the suit. But you wouldn't want an
one-ton suit to stumble ...
