I think we have to take care how we use strategic and tactical. The
common definition of strategic mobility involves sealift or airlift 
over intercontinental distances ...

Typical suits would have 10-20 mph running speed. Going much higher
raises the question if the operator legs fit into the suit legs and
how the muscles and joints cope with that. A suit can be roughly as
fast as an unencumbered human. With bounding overwatch and the like,
tactical speed goes down to 2-4 mph. 

If a suit company moves up from brigade reserve to the front, does
that count as strategic mobility? I'd call it operational at best.
