Well, while there is nothing wrong with a petition, the elements that has 
the most direct impact on a business are things that hit the cash 
register.
Points 4 and 5 of Joe's 
list speak closest to that.

I am sure that Doug and Dan have competent legal counsel; and that's what 
will ultimately count -- not phone calls to Freedom Scientific, online 
petitions, public notices, and the like.
And I wouldn't be surprised that a few months from now, we won't be 
reading of some resolution with which both parties can live with.
Neither party wants this to go through a protracted legal battle which 
would take years prior to a final decision being rendered.
The Serotek/fs squabble was resolved peaceably and with both parties 
benefiting; and I suspect that this one will too have a peaceful 
resolution given time.
