And expect an out of court settlement on this one also. If this gets dragged through the legal system including appeals, the costs to both sidees would be such that the only winners would be the attorneys with both sides the worse for it regardless of legal outcome. It's a shame that suits like this seem to rear their ugly heads, but it will have to be settled in some way.
