Difficult? On the contrary! Look at the publicity that Serotek got last year from that lawsuit. And this was only for the word "freedom" in Freedom Box. The same holds true for GW Micro, although for a different reason for the suit. Sooner or later, people are going to get tired of supporting the bully, Freedom Scientific, and see who they really are, which is like a spoiled kid who is getting beat, fair and square.
