Even Clarence had said publicly that every blind computer user should own
multiple screen readers to do their jobs most affectively. While I agree
that bashing another company is something that shouldn't happen here,
statements like this from GW Micro staff speak volumes to the product,
support and professionalism of the company.

One can only view things in the light they experience them. We all have
products that others rave about and we, for whatever reason, cannot fall
in love with.
And then there are those items that we swear by and others swear at.
There is no way for any of us to say why Angelo has not had a good
experience with recent versions of WE.
I, for one, am glad that good alternatives exist for WE -- not because I
necessarily want or need them but because I realize that, in part, WE is
where it is thanks to those other products (and vice versa).
Be happy that another quality screen reader exists; perhaps one day you or
I may need JFW, Hal, SATOGO,whatever.
And I am pleased that no one screen reader vendor can hold me hostage.
I use WE not because it is the only thing out there; rather, it is because
it happens to meet my needs.
If I have a need that WE cannot meet, and another product can fill it, I
will have to consider it.
That's the free market in action and GWMicro has been able to play in that
arena.
My relationship with God begins with trust.
It also continues in trust.
