I have used Window-Eyes since version 2. In my experience, each version has been an improvement. If there were issues, the staff at GW Micro help resolve them in a very speedy manner. If you had that many problems and did not get them resolved, I could only guess that it was something with your system, or you didn't take the time to work with the staff at GW Micro.
In any case, just because you can't make something work does not mean the product is bad. Especially 6.1 and 7.0. Enjoy using other products and try to ges support for issues that come up.
