Hi Raul, Yes I felt that I had exhausted all resources with these problems,
back when 6.0/6.1 were released. I spent time with your help desk, sent
screen shots, sent dump-osms, and yes bitch and moaned a lot.smile I am not
trying to steer anyone away from windoweyes here, I want it to work, I have
a lot invested in this product, and was so very excited about the capability
of scripting. I knew the better support for the MS office suite was needed,
but I thought access was more important to have support for, rather then
Power point, just my opinion, I thought support for the big 3 excel, word,
and access. would have been the priorities. support for Vista also was very
important to have, even though I had no plans to use it in the near future,
I had just bought a new laptop right around the time 6.0 was released, and
knew vista was a few years away for me. I would love this to work for me and
NO I am not moving over to jaws, when this beta runs out, and if I still
have no luck getting 7.0 to be as stable as rock solid and don't feel it is
up to the standards that I hold it up to will just fall back to 5.5 and
catch up to it on the next release.

thing now about version 7.0 as you did about 6.0.

I have used Window-Eyes since version 2.
In my experience, each version has been an improvement.
If there were issues, the staff at GW Micro help resolve them in a very
speedy manner.
If you had that many problems and did not get them resolved, I could only
guess that it was something with your
system, or you didn't take the time to work with the staff at GW Micro.
In any case, just because you can't make something work does not mean the
product is bad.
Especially 6.1 and 7.0.
Enjoy using other products and try to ges support for issues that come
up.

Well, I can understand the hessitancy with 7.0 given numerous
comments,
but why go back to 5.5.
And, as for 7.0, it seems that clean installs and updated scripts have
reduced the number of problems reported.
7.0 will work fine for 99.999% of users in the near term.
