I too also use c-cleaner for many years and recommend it highly.

I use smart defrag and I use it everyday, and I have never had any problems
with hard drives dieing on me, and I can tell the difference between defragging
everyday and once a week.
Smart defrag lets you shutdown the computer automatically once the defrag is
finished.
