Hello Steve,
I've tried just about all of the things you've listed. Security
issues are not a factor, I believe. i've had the same virus
program for years and like I said earlier, there was only
occasional stuttering until I installed WE 7.54 Thursday night.
The one thing I haven't tried is switching Synths. I will try
that tonight and see what happens; although the GW tech said that
it wouldn't make any difference. Who knows, I am ready to try
just about anything at this point. As long as WE is not running,
my PC sails along perfectly.
