Karli:

With great respect, you're stewing in your own juice. Your unit is most
likely not defective. Web pages are always changing, always under
development. I dare say the Google News page has thrown a new wrinkle
into its HTML, XML, CGI or JAVA scripts that the BS Plus doesn't know
how to handle. It's great to report the problem; indeed, it's a
necessity if the BS Plus is to improve. But don't have a hizzy-fit if a
web page or two takes a glacial age to load and/or hangs up. It's part
of the game using what amounts to a fancy PDA as opposed to a bona fide
PC.

Just hit the RESET and enjoy.

Subject: [GWN] Problem With Previous Page Command When Using web Browser

Hi,

On my second attempt at the google news web page, my braille sense plus
again locked up when I pressed backspace p to go back to the previous
page. Immediately after I pressed backspace p, the braile displayed
showed "loading page", and stayed that way until I pressed the reset
button; nothing else worked including the power button. Could one of
you please try that command after clicking on a news story to see if the
same thing happens. I am really concerned that my unit is deffective; I
had the memory stick problem before as well. Also, is it normal for the
unit to repeat by voice and braille display parts of lines until one
reads work by word with the space 2 or space 5 command? It just seems
to be a pretty tedious way of accessing the internet if it is normal for
the braille sense to function that way. Any help with regard to using
the web browser program would be greatly appreciated. I was really
hoping to use my unit for the internet but so far had not had a very
good experience.
