The consensus that seems to have recently been reached regarding
plugins and themes in -extras is that attribution in the xml, so it
can be seen on the admin, is fine. Attribution in the public facing
side isn't fine. If the user wants it on the public facing side, they
are free to put it in themselves or use a plugin such as Credit Due to
output the attributions.

The social contract/assumptions we've been working under with core
code is that attribution, if any, is to Habari.

I'm fine with that, especially as, regarding core code, people have
been working with that set of guidelines for a long time. I see no
reason to change that.

More to the point of luke's offer for Squareweave to do a theme for
Habari, I appreciate it and would welcome it with those
understandings.
