With a little frustration, I must not agree with you.
It is something like software localization, it is not merely
translation from French to Vietnamese,
you have/should adapt with the local culture/language.
And this is the case. The original translation "loai nguoi" is not
natural, can lead to misunderstanding
and worse, it makes people laughs.
