hmm - good point. A friend of mine has offered to lend me a bagpipe chanter so I can see how it works. I'm not sure if its similar but I played French horn in high school and didn't really have a problem. I'm a runner and not a smoker, so I'm hoping I have the wind power, but I'm going to try out the bagpipe chanter first and see how that goes. I have played a chanter, and it's child's play. The problem is not getting one pipe to go, but to get all of them going. I played tuba and also no problemo. But good luck there.
