You can re-code a limited amount of the GameUI stuff with some hard work.
Personally I've re-done most of the options menu and had a bit of a go at
the New Game/Load Game/Save Game menus, but I've yet to look into the
loading dialog. I'd hazard a guess that it'd be a pain in the arse though,
but its probably worth looking into
