Well at first glance that seems ok.

Except:

If you are using 3.4.6, then using 3.4.3 libs isn't a good idea.

Other than that, check what was said earlier about case sensitivity.

Also remember that if you have any files in the Windows Project file that
are excluded from the build, vcpm will not pick up on that.
