hmm.. A quick look at CSDKRagdoll reveals that it has the following
hierarchy

.....
CBaseAnimating
   CBaseAnimatingOverlay
       CSDKRagdoll


Looking at the hierarchy, you should be able to call
CBaseAnimating::LookupBone()
I haven't actually tried it myself.. I just quickly scanned the hierarchy.
