Since VAC appears to work on a checksum basis, unless you somehow inadvertently recreated one of these checksums (And valve were using something like CRC/MD5), I highly doubt server plugins would ever cause this. I've played countless games of TF2 with server plugins loaded and i'm still "VAC Status: In Good Standing"
