Same here. The Sierra Voice Setup has some serious problems. I use speech
recognition no problems, I record stuff no problem, I plug my guitar into my
LiveDrive and record it no problem- no hum, no buzz, good sample rate. But
the SVS sounds like crap or worse. I speak into it, what comes out is badly
distorted and broken up. I hear the same thing in game from a lot of
players.
I've said it before, I'll say it again - this ingame voice software is *not*
ready for primetime - I'd rate it at sub-beta quality, I've had alpha
software perform better than this.
