If your users.ini file is set strictly by WONid they can't do anything with
your setinfo information, unless someone manages to steal your CD key which
is highly unlikely unless you either straight give it to them or use a hack
that steals your key .... though if you go by name in the users.ini then
yeah, the opening for admin abuse by non admin is a very real possibilty.
