Actually dual with HT u need to * 4 not 2 as u look in taskman u will see
4 CPU's its calculation is % of total processing power and it assumes
for this each cpu is capable of the same.

It reports true usage with the proviso that each cpu can perform the same
amount which it cant :(

Indeed 2 * 32 would be fine on a dual ( not a single ) as I was quoting %'s of
a single CPU so with a you could have 1 server using 60% of CPU #1 and
the other 60% of CPU #2

You always need to normalise CPU %'s to that of a Single CPU be that
virtual or physical. Also need to be aware that even though taskman in
windows shows 4 CPU's with HT enabled and each can reach 100%
you will not be seeing the ability to run 2 times that which u can run
without it enabled at most is 1.3 times and most the time not even that.
