I don't know if this is related, but it looks like Master Server issues. Yesterday I was searching for almost full 32 slot server (30/32 or so) and I find GTFO servers (in central europe was 04am) all servers had 31/32 players, but when I joined there was 0/32 players, some kind of MasterServer bug I think.
