You have that right, and like I've stated before, I have an opinion, and I will share it whether you like it or not.
I am one of Valve's faithful customers. They have my money. This gives me the right to assert my opinion. Don't like it? Tough. If everyone remains complacent with Valve, then their service will NEVER improve.
