These are occuring very rarely on my servers, i think the steam servers are just timing out (as the message indicates). Also, restarting servers reinitializes your steam connection, so i wouldn't jump to the conclusion that SM is somehow interfering with it. (not that it's not, but it seems unlikely given how cloud works)
