A minidump will only provide information to those who have the sourcecode to watever is crashing. If you have sourcemod it is possible to debug some of the code (if the crash is sourcemod related) otherwise the files are only useful to valve.
If you have a specific, replicatable problem then you can send the steps to create the problem, and the mdmp file to valve and they will be able to investigate it.
