OP4 is a HL1 mod I guess. Last time I had crash problems on HL1 (was CS 1.6), I sent my mdmp files to a VALVe dev, but he told me that they couldn't do anything with them, because HL1 mdmp files don't give any useful infos (or something similar). That was a client issue, not server, but might not change anything.
