I'm with you on this I don't watch my servers 24/7 but I do get emails on lock-up's and reboots. I have even noticed a steady decrease in server lock-up issues over the past few updates. I have a variety of servers ranging from 24/7 to stock and custom rotation.
I will keep my eye out and see if I notice anything that I missed before.
