Custom Votes was causing our crash. It kinda appears though that anything in the disabled folder of the SourceMod Plugins directory gets loaded along with the stuff that isn't disabled... So we had to back up and delete the disabled folder. We're running the latest snapshot of SM... so I don't know if this is just us, or what.
