While this topic is brought back once again, I have a couple questions
for anyone with answers. :D

When I have seen Steam/Valve ID's they have always been
Steam_0:y/Valve_1:y

Does the x (16 bit) ever change or will it always be Steam_0:y(:z)?

To get the players unique Steam/Valve ID, do you join the xyz (or just
xy) together or since the x may always be the same, ignore the x?
