Actually, prior to this lag issue, I was able to run 2 18 slot CS servers,
with admin mod and plugins, players pinging in the 25ms-50ms range, and the
proc would only spike to 70 at the most.  Now with only one 18 slot server,
without any plugins or admin mod, it spikes to 96%.  So I would have to
disagree with that part of what you said.  And this is with the lag fix by
the way.
