why non-standard? raising the tickrate is not a dirty hack, its done by
a command line parameter.
i know that the problem increases with higher tickrates, but thats not
the point.

did you ever notice that only the left doors are affected?
lowering the tickrate wont solve the problem, it just gets a way around
the symptoms.

assault?
is there any special reason why everyone at valve ignores this issue for
