I would keep using the default respawn times because it makes a huge difference in map balance?
Why is this even a question, have you ever tried to balance a map for TF2, or any game with respawn waves, or are you one of those people who, upon dying, frantically just clicks their mouse in a silent building rage in some attempt to spawn faster?
